IPsec solutions A suite of protocols used to secure the exchange of IP packets over networks, IPsec is becoming more and more popular as security becomes a day-to-day mainstream requirement. For high line rates, Helion provide hardware acceleration of the underlying cryptographic algorithms plus the higher level packet processing and encapsulation which forms the basis for the IPsec protocol..

SSL & TLS solutions Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) are protocols used to secure communications across the Internet. Helion offer full hardware acceleration of the underlying crypto algorithms which form the basis of SSL and TLS. Also available is support for the higher level portions of these protocols, which usually runs in software.

MACsec solutions The IEEE 802.1AE (MACsec) standard specifies a set of protocols to meet the security requirements for protecting data traversing Ethernet LANs. It is particularly appropriate for very high data rates, and Helion offer a series of solutions which allow you to exploit its high rate capabilities in any target technology, either ASIC or FPGA.

G.9961/G.hn solutions The G.hn home networking standards (G.9960/1) use mains power, coaxial, or phone cable for low-cost high-speed data transmission around residential premises. Helion provide an AES-CCM solution tailored for this application.

Optical Networking solutions Networks and connections running at optical data rates have previously been difficult or expensive to secure, but Helion offer a series of proven solutions which can support the necessary very high data rates, offering a choice of encryption, authentication, or both, and in any target technology, either ASIC or FPGA.
